Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the California market, with a focus on the insurance and financial services sectors. The role involves building strong relationships with existing clients and partners, such as attorneys, accountants, and insurance agents, while also generating new leads. The manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with clients, including attorneys, accountants, and insurance agents.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance and financial services sectors.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with senior professionals.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing deals.
  • A valid insurance agent license is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
